Her love for wellness extends into her everyday life. Whether she’s going for a walk with her dog, spending time at the gym, traveling, or unwinding with Netflix and a bit of sunshine, she believes in the importance of balance and self-care. Her calm energy and dedication to well-being create a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and cared for.
Lucie Parranto
Vital Stretch Practitioner®
Lucie Parranto is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner® at The Vital Stretch® Savage, with a background in leadership, sales, and coaching competitive swim. Currently majoring in Exercise Science and certified as a NASM Stretch & Flexibility Coach, she blends academic knowledge with personal experience to create a thoughtful, client-focused approach to wellness.
Her passion for stretching is deeply personal. Living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and chronic pain has given Lucie firsthand insight into the power of intentional movement. She understands how targeted stretching can ease discomfort, improve mobility, and transform daily life. That perspective drives her mission to help others feel more supported, capable, and at home in their bodies.
Outside the studio, Lucie stays active with weightlifting, Pilates, and dancing—and unwinds by baking, cooking, and exploring new recipes. Her well-rounded love for movement, health, and balance shines through in her care for every client she works with.

Before joining The Vital Stretch®, Abigail built a strong foundation in customer service and leadership. These experiences strengthened her ability to connect with people, listen with empathy, and create a positive, welcoming environment for everyone she works with.
Now certified through NASM as a Stretch & Flexibility Coach, Abigail takes pride in helping clients move more freely, release tension, and find relief from pain or discomfort. Her favorite part of each session is seeing clients leave the studio feeling instantly lighter, more relaxed, and ready to take on their day.
Outside of The Vital Stretch®, Abigail enjoys staying active, practicing calligraphy, and exploring anything and everything related to coffee. Her thoughtful, calming approach helps create a safe and supportive space where every client feels cared for, heard, and truly stretched toward their best self.
